but my sister dragged me here so i had no choice.

my knee still hurts terribly from friday's injury.
been icing it but sadly it doesn't work.
will be going to the doctor later to check it.
hopefully its just a sprain and nothing serious.
and hopefully, i'll be okay for thursday's training.
