training today was HELL.
haha. ran 8 and a half rounds. and cruntches and stuff
in between each two rounds.
thank god mrs tan cut down the last 2 rounds.
if not. i wouldn't have made it.haha
the step-ups were hard.
had to do it on the benches there.
so high . when she told us. i thought she was kidding.
but apparently not. lol.

and that was just 'warm-up.'
had to do jumps and sprints before we could go on to ball work
then after the sprints mrs tan was like ' you've survived the worse.'
hehe. yahoo! (:
weather was super super SUPER hot
like can-cook-egg-kind . haha

broc saved my life today.
like seriously.
we were at parkway . cos i wanted to go check out the tuition centre.
we were abt to cross the road.
when we started talking abt our tan lines.
she showed me her tan line at her ankle there. and i show her the tan line at my knee.
then i turned and like took one step to cross the road.
i didn't even turn to look at the road for any cars,
like very smart right? haha
then broc grabbed on to my wrist and dragged me back in.
the car was freaking close.omg
